ALL DIRECT-PURCHASER ACTIONS
Having considered the Declaration of Craig Hodowski in Support of Plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application to File Documents Under Seal submitted by Defendant Epson Electronics America, Inc. regarding whether certain documents Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs lodged with the Court (see Dkts. 933, 941, 942, and 943) should be filed under seal, and good cause appearing:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following portions of documents currently lodged with the Court pursuant to Civil Local Rule 79-5(d) shall be filed under seal:
1. Page 10, lines 3 and 4; page 10, note 11; page 11, note 14; and page 26 beginning on line 25 carrying over to page 27, line 1 of the Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs' Notice of Motion and Motion for Class Certification, and Memorandum of Law in Support Thereof (see Dkt. 933);
2. Exhibits D, 14, 33 of the Declaration of Eric B. Fastiff in Support of Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification (see Dkts. 941, 942, and 943); and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, to maintain the effect of the seal under Civil Local Rule 79-5(f), the parties, their counsel and their declarants shall not publicly disseminate or discuss any of the sealed documents or their contents absent further order of the Court.
