UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA

May 5, 2009

SPIRO KAMAR, ETC., ET AL., PLAINTIFFS,
v.
RADIO SHACK CORPORATION, TANDY CORPORATION, ET AL., DEFENDANTS.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Judge: Hon. A. Howard Matz

ORDER STAYING PROCEDINGS PENDING APPEAL TO THE NINTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS [proposed] ORDER STAYING PROCEEDINGS GOOD CAUSE APPEARING

THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that this case be stayed pending RadioShack's Appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals of the Order granting class certification.

Because this Court may not proceed with this case in the normal course, and in the interest of judicial economy, the Court finds this case should be administratively closed until the completion of RadioShack's appeal. Thereafter, upon proper application by either party, the Court may reopen the case.

The Clerk of the Court is instructed to close this case.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
