JUDGMENT AND PROBATION/COMMITMENT ORDER
In the presence of the attorney for the government, the defendant appeared in person on this date. MAY 4 2009

X GUILTY, and the court being satisfied that there is a factual basis for the plea.
NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY
There being a finding/verdict of X GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of: Honest Services Wire Fraud in violation of 18 USC 1343, 346, as charged in Counts 1 and 2; Unauthorized Access of Protected Computer to Commit Fraud in violation of 18 USC 1030(a)(4), as charged in Counts 3 through 6; and False Statements in violation of 18 USC 1001, as charged in Count 7.
The Court asked whether there was any reason why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that:
It is ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a special assessment of $700, which is due
It is ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a total fine of $10,000. The fine shall be paid in
Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant, Craig Carl Stevens, is hereby placed on probation on Counts One through Seven of the Information for a term of FIVE (5) YEARS under the following terms and conditions:
The defendant shall participate for a period of six months in a home detention program to include electronic monitoring;
The defendant shall perform 400 hours of community service, as directed by the Probation Officer. Community service may be performed on behalf of Boyher Bennos Monastery; and
The defendant may travel, for work purposes, within the Central District and Southern Districts of the United States District Court in California.
In addition to the special conditions of supervision imposed above, it is hereby ordered that the Standard Conditions of Probation and Supervised Release within this judgment be imposed. The Court may change the conditions of supervision, reduce or extend the period of supervision, and at any time during the supervision period or within the maximum period permitted by law, may issue a warrant and revoke supervision for a violation occurring during the supervision period.
