ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE CONTEMPT AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO THE FRESNO COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Fresno County District Attorney's Office shall appear in person on June 19, 2009 at 11:30 a.m., in the courtroom of United States District Judge Lawrence J. O'Neill, at Courtroom 4 of the above-entitled Court located at 2500 Tulare St., Fresno, California, then and there to show cause, if any, whereby it should not be adjudged in contempt of court and punished accordingly for failure to respond to a subpoena duces tecum served on April 17, 2009, in the above-entitled action and more particularly set forth in the attached Declaration of Patience Milrod.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs shall serve this Order to Show Cause on the Office of the District Attorney, through her designated agent, by personal service no later than May 8, 2009.

Respondent may file and serve a response, if any, to the Order to Show Cause no later than June 8, 2009. Plaintiff may file and serve a reply no later than June 12, 2009.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
