Porter, and plaintiff, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, by and through its counsel, Assistant U.S. Attorney William S. Wong, request the court vacate the Status Conference set for June 30, 2009, and enter the order lodged herewith setting a briefing and hearing schedule.
