ORDER REMOVING CASE FROM CIVIL ACTIVE LIST DUE TO BANKRUPTCY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST by Plaintiff to remove this action from the Court's Civil Active List due to the bankruptcy filing by Defendant, MARGARITO RAMOS, an individual doing business as M. RAMOS DEMOLITION, and/or M. RAMOS GENERAL CONTRACTORS ("EMPLOYER"), and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1) This action is removed from the Court's Civil Active List;

2) In the event that the EMPLOYER'S bankruptcy proceeding is dismissed and Plaintiff seeks to reinstate this action to the Court's Active Calendar, Plaintiff may do so by written application to the Court without hearing, and supported by declaration of counsel.
