Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), Plaintiff Chaunci Boykin and Defendant United Parcel Service, Inc., stipulate to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice the above- captioned action pursuant to the terms of the parties' settlement agreement and with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
