JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE AND [PROPOSED] ORDER
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), Plaintiff Chaunci Boykin and Defendant United Parcel Service, Inc., stipulate to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice the above- captioned action pursuant to the terms of the parties' settlement agreement and with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.

Based upon the foregoing stipulation and good cause appearing, the Court hereby orders that the above-captioned action is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1) with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
