IMPRISONMENT

The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a total term of 10 months .

A 10 month term of imprisonment is imposed as to Count 3 and a 6 month term of imprisonment is imposed as to Count 4. The terms of imprisonment shall run concurrent. [x] The Court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: The defendant shall be designated to the camp facility at Lompoc.
