MOTION & ORDER TO UNSEAL INDICTMENT

The United States of America, by and through Assistant U.S. Attorney Carolyn K. Delaney, hereby moves for an order unsealing the indictment in the above-entitled matter. The defendant has become aware of pending charges so it is no longer necessary for the indictment to remain sealed.

WHEREFORE, the government respectfully requests that the Court grant this motion, and order that the indictment be immediately unsealed.
