ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR NEW DEADLINES (Doc. 29.)

Charlie Minix ("plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On September 18, 2009, plaintiff filed a motion for new deadlines in this action. (Doc. 29.) Plaintiff has not shown good cause for new deadlines. Plaintiff states that he has moved, but he gives no reason he requires new deadlines. None of plaintiff's current deadlines is due to immediately expire. Therefore, plaintiff's motion shall be denied.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for new deadlines in this action is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
