There being a finding/verdict of

X GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of:

18 U.S.C. § 922(d)(1) Unlawful Transfer of Firearm as charged in the Single Count Indictment.

The Court asked whether there was any reason why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that: Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of:

10 months. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of three (3) years under the following terms and conditions:

The defendant shall comply with General Order number 01-05.

The defendant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Probation Office and General Order 318;

During the period of community supervision the defendant shall pay the special assessment in accordance with this Judgment's orders pertaining to such payment;

The defendant shall not purchase, own, possess or have access to any firearms or ammunition;

The defendant shall not enter any gun store, target range, pawn shop, gun show or any other premise where firearms or ammunition are a principal item of sale;

The defendant shall, immediately upon commencement of community supervision, show proof of having disposed of all firearms in his possession and specifically: the Smith & Wesson,.44 caliber pistol, model 6296, serial number HAA1781; the Smith & Wesson.357 caliber pistol, model 327, serial number ASR0971; the North American Arms,.22 caliber revolver, model NAA22MS, serial number E099593; the Heckler & Koch,.9 mm Semi-automatic pistol, serial number 24048250; the Smith & Wesson,.357 caliber pistol, model 6866Plus, serial number CFK7466; and the Beretta,.22 caliber semi-automatic pistol, serial number BES08527U;

The defendant shall comply with the immigration rules and regulations of the United States, and if deported from this country, either voluntarily or involuntarily, not re-enter the United States illegally. The defendant is not required to report to the Probation Office while residing outside of the United States; however, within 72 hours of release from any custody or any re-entry to the United States during the period of Court-ordered supervision, the defendant shall report for instructions to the United States Probation Office, located at:

The defendant shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample from the defendant.

It is further ordered that the defendant surrender himself to the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons on or before 12 noon, on a date designated by the Court.
