Defendant Amazon.com, Inc.'s ("Amazon") Motion for Summary Judgment came on for hearing before the Court on November 30, 2009, the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford, United States District Judge, presiding. The evidence presented having been fully considered, the issues having been duly heard, and a decision having been duly rendered,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff Alen Baghdasarian ("Plaintiff") shall take nothing against Amazon, and judgment shall be, and the same hereby is, entered against Plaintiff and in favor of Amazon, and that the action be dismissed on the merits. Amazon shall recover its costs of suit, according to statute.
