ORDER DISCHARGING ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (Docs. 28, 29)

Plaintiff Carlos Hendon ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action. On November 16, 2009, the Court issued an order that Defendants show cause for failure to respond to the Court's order regarding consent or request for reassignment to magistrate judge jurisdiction. On November 17, 2009, Defendants filed notice that they declined to proceed before a magistrate judge.

Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the Court's order to show cause, issued on November 16, 2009, is discharged.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
