The parties have submitted a joint motion to dismiss the above-captioned action with prejudice. (Doc. No. 15.) Having considered the joint motion, and good cause appearing, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion and orders that this action is hereby DISMISSED in its entirety with prejudice. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs of suit.
