STIPULATION FOR CONTINUANCE AND ORDER THEREIN
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between the Defendant, JAWID WAHIDI, by and through his attorney of record, Anthony P. Capozzi, and Plaintiff, by and through Assistant United States Attorney, Philip A. Ferrari that the Status Conference now set to be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. be continued to Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.
It is further stipulated by the parties that any delay resulting from this continuance shall be excluded on the following basis:

Dated: January 22, 2010
Philip A. Ferrari, Assistant U.S. Attorney
IT IS SO ORDERED. Good cause having been shown, the Status Conference scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 is vacated and is now scheduled for Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.
