IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties to this action, 28 through their respective counsel of record that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), Plaintiffs hereby dismiss the entire action against the City of Antioch, the Antioch Police Department, and the named individual City of Antioch Defendants, with prejudice, each party to bear its own fees and costs.
