The opinion of the court was delivered by: Kendall J. Newman United States Magistrate Judge
Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding without counsel and in forma pauperis with this civil rights action. On September 30, 2009, the court ordered the United States Marshal to serve the complaint on defendant Housley. The Marshal was unable to effect service on defendant Housley because she is not employed at Facility "A" Clinic in Ione. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send plaintiff one summons, one USM-285 form, an instruction sheet, and a copy of the amended complaint filed June 23, 2009.
