It is hereby stipulated and agreed to between the United States of America through PHILIP A. FERRARI, Assistant United States Attorney, and defendants, KHACHATUR ARUTUNYAN and MIGRAN PETROSYAN, by and through their respective counsel, that the status conference in the above-captioned matter set for Thursday, February 25, 2010, be continued to Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. The parties continue to review discovery and seek possible resolution of this matter.

Speedy trial time is to be excluded from the date of this order through the date of the status conference set for April 8, 2010, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(B)(iv) [reasonable time to prepare] (Local Code T4).
