Because of the health issues of a family member of one of the government counsel, the parties hereby stipulate and agree to continue the proceedings related to the defendant's motion to exclude DNA evidence by two weeks. Accordingly, the United States' supplemental declaration(s) shall be filed by March 24, 2010, and further hearing on the motion shall be continued to April 7, 2010 at 2:30 p.m.
