March 17, 2010

MONIQUE M. JIMENEZ, PLAINTIFF,
v.
COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, DEFENDANT.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Craig M. Kellison United States Magistrate Judge

ORDER

Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this action for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). On February 10, 2010, the court directed plaintiff to show cause in writing why this action should not be dismissed for failure to file a dispositive motion within the time provided by the scheduling order. On March 12, 2010, plaintiff responded to the order to show cause by requesting an extension of time to March 15, 2010, to file a dispositive motion. Good cause appearing therefor, the order to show cause is discharged and the time to file plaintiff's dispositive motion is extended to March 19, 2010.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
