[PROPOSED] ORDER RE: DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Based on the Stipulation To Dismiss This Action With Prejudice entered into between Plaintiffs John C. Schauer and Rosemary Galindo (collectively "Plaintiffs") and Defendants The Neptune Society, Inc., Neptune Management Corp., Neptune Society Of America, Inc., and Trident Society, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants"), and which was filed on March 18, 2010, the Court hereby dismisses the above-entitled action in its entirety with prejudice. Each party shall bear his or its own costs and attorneys' fees.
