Defendants, Tehan Ferguson, by and through his undersigned counsel and the United States, by and through Assistant United States Attorney Kyle Reardon, hereby agree and stipulate that the judgment and sentencing previously scheduled for May 14, 2010 should be continued to July 16, 2010, and that date is available with the Court.

The reason for this request is that the defendant is providing information that will ultimately effect the government's sentencing recommendation. The parties agree to the following schedule:
