IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their respective counsel, Assistant United States Attorney Ian Garriques, Counsel for Plaintiff, and Assistant Federal Defender Peggy Sasso, Counsel for Defendant Jorge Perez-Berna, that the status conference currently set for April 26, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. may be continued to May 10, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.
This continuance request is made because on April 26, 2010, counsel for the government and counsel for the defense are both scheduled to begin a trial at 8:30 a.m. on another matter.
The parties agree that the delay resulting from the continuance shall be excluded in the interests of justice, including but not limited to, the need for the period of time set forth herein for effective defense preparation pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161(h)(7)(A) and (B)(iv).
