ORDER FOR AN AWARD OF ATTORNEY'S FEES UNDER THE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT (EAJA)

Based upon the parties' Stipulation for Award of EAJA Fees (Stipulation),

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Counsel, as Plaintiff's assignee, shall be awarded attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA) in the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($5,400.00),pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), and costs in the amount of Fifty Six and 14/100 Dollars ($56.14), pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1920, subject to the terms of the above-referenced Stipulation.
