STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND HEARING DATE FOR THE GOVERNMENT'S MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA

DATE: August 25, 2010

Stipulation LUIS ZUNIGA-GARCIA, through his attorney, Scott N. Cameron, moved this court for the issuance of a subpoena pursuant to Rule 17(c). The government filed a motion to quash said subpoena requesting a hearing date. The parties, through undersigned counsel, stipulate that a nonevidentiary hearing is appropriate as there are contested issues of law. The parties further stipulate to the following briefing schedule and hearing date:

Government's Moving papers: Already filed Zuniga-Garcia's Opposition Brief: August 11, 2010 Government's Reply Brief: August 18, 2010 Non-evidentiary Hearing: August 25, 2010, 10:00 a.m.

The prosecutor has authorized defense counsel for Luis Zuniga-Garcia to sign this stipulation on his behalf.
