The opinion of the court was delivered by: Hon. Vaughn R. Walker Chief Judge of the United States District Court

STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO CONTINUE INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE TO AUGUST 26, 2010

The Initial Case Management Conference was scheduled to take place on August 12, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. On August 11, 2010, the parties received an email from the Court indicating that the time for the hearing was changed to 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2010. Therefore, the parties, by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to a continuance of the Initial Case Management Conference to August 26, 2010 at 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard by this Court.
