STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE OF STATUS CONFERENCE

It is hereby stipulated and agreed to between the United States of America through PHILIP A. FERRARI, Assistant United States Attorney, and defendants MIGRAN PETROSYAN, KHACHATUR ARUTUNYAN, RAMANATHAN PRAKASH, ALEXANDER POPOV, SHUSHANIK MARTIROSYAN, NAZARET SALMANYAN, and LIW JIAW SAECHAO, by and through their respective counsel, that the status conference in the above-captioned matter set for Thursday, September 9, 2010, be continued to Thursday, October 21, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.
The parties request this continuance so that they may continue to review the discovery, investigate the facts underlying this case and seek possible resolution. Speedy trial time is to be excluded from the date of the originally set status conference, September 9, 2010, through the date of the status conference set for October 21, 2010, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(B)(iv) [reasonable time to prepare] (Local Code T4).
