ORDER DENYING MOTION (Doc. 12)

Plaintiff Mikhiel Leinweber ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On March 30, 2010, Plaintiff filed a motion "to compel the U.S. Magistrate to Complete the Screening Process of the 2nd Amended Complaint." (Doc. #12.) Plaintiff's amended complaint was screened on September 8, 2010. Therefore, Plaintiff's motion will be denied as moot.

Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's March 30, 2010 motion is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
