ORDER SETTING TELEPHONIC CONFERENCE RE PLAINTIFFS' SEPTEMBER 24, 2010 DISCOVERY DISPUTE LETTER
On September 24, 2010, Plaintiffs filed a letter regarding their ongoing discovery dispute with Defendants. Letter, ECF No. 79. According to Plaintiffs, the parties met and conferred at Plaintiffs' counsel's office on September 8, 2010. Letter, ECF No. 79 at 2. At the meet-and-confer, Defendants agreed to begin production of the requested documents and responses to interrogatories by September 18, 2010. Id.
