ORDER AFTER HEARING

This matter came before the Court for a Status Conference on October 5, 2010, in the courtroom of the Honorable Lawrence K. Karlton, Senior United States District Judge. The government was represented by its counsel, Assistant United States Attorney, Russell Carlberg, and defendants Elizabeth Carrion, represented by Carl Larson for attorney Bruce Locke who was not present, Angelito Evangelista, represented by Dwight Samuel, who was present, Arthur Evangelista, represented by Scott Cameron who was present and Rommel Antolin, represented by Carl Larson who was present. All defendants have a waiver of presence on file and were not present in court. A Further Status Conference was set for December 7, 2010, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 4.

Therefore, good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be continued to December 7, 2010, at 8:30 a.m. for a Further Status Conference.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(7)(B) (iv), the period from October 5, 2010, through and including December 7, 2010, is excluded from the time computations required by the Speedy Trial Act due to ongoing preparation of counsel.
