Due to the inability to complete discovery as a result of heavy workloads and congested calendars, all parties are in agreement to extending current case deadlines and dates to adequately prosecute and defend this litigation. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto, through their respective counsel, that the current deadlines and dates in this matter be extended as follows:
1. Discovery Cutoff: April 1, 2011
2. Expert Disclosure: May 2, 2011
3. Supplemental Experts May 23, 2011 (if necessary)
4. Dispositive Motion Hearing: September 2, 2011
5. Pretrial Conference: November 4, 2011, at 2:30 p.m.
6. Trial: January 24, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.
