STIPULATION TO A EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD; AND PROPOSED ORDER

Plaintiffs, by and through their attorneys of record, and Federal Defendants, by and through their attorneys of record, hereby stipulate, subject to approval of the Court, to a one-week extension of the deadline for filing the Administrative Record in the above-captioned case -- from October 30, 2010 to November 7, 2010. The agency is nearing completion of compiling the Administrative Record, but needs an additional week to complete the task. The Administrative Record will be filed on or before November 7, 2010.
