STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL

Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties stipulate to dismiss the above-captioned case with prejudice, due to the parties' resolution of the above-captioned matter without further litigation. Defendant United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will vacate its decision denying Ms. Araujo's application for adjustment of status and issue a new decision. Each party will bear its own costs and fees, and no attorney's fees or costs under the Equal Access to Justice Act, or any other provision of law, will be sought in the above-captioned matter.
