NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY
There being a finding/verdict of GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of:
Coercion and Enticement to Travel in Interstate and Foreign Commerce to Engage in Illegal Sexual Activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2422(a) as charged in Count One and Sale of Counterfeit Drug in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 331(i)(3), 333(a)(1) as charged in Count Five of the Information.
The Court asked whether there was any reason why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that: Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of:
Five (5) years on Probation. This term consists of five years on each of Counts 1 and 5 of the Information, all such terms to run concurrently under the following terms and conditions:
The defendant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U. S. Probation Office and General Order 318;
The defendant shall refrain from any unlawful use of a controlled substance. The defendant shall submit to one drug test within 15 days of placement on probation and at least two periodic drug tests thereafter, not to exceed eight tests per month, as directed by the Probation Officer;
During the period of supervision the defendant shall pay the special assessment and fine in accordance with this judgment's orders pertaining to such payment;
The defendant shall participate for a period of six (6) months in a home detention program without electronic monitoring and shall observe all rules of such program, as directed by the Probation Officer;
When not employed or excused by the Probation Officer for schooling, training, or other acceptable reasons, the defendant shall perform three hours of community service per week as directed by the Probation Officer;
The defendant shall not obtain or possess any driver's license, Social Security number, birth certificate, passport or any other form of identification in any name, other than the defendant's true legal name; nor shall the defendant use, for any purpose or in any manner, any name other than her true legal name or names without the prior written approval of the Probation Officer;
The defendant shall provide the Probation Officer with access to any and all business records, client lists and other records pertaining to the operation of any business owned, in whole or in part, by the defendant, as directed by the Probation Officer; and
The defendant shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample from the defendant;
It is ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a special assessment of $125, which is due immediately.
It is ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a total fine of $4,000, consisting of the following: Count 1, a fine of $2,000; Count 5, a fine of $2,000. The total fine shall bear interest as provided by law. The fine shall be paid in full immediately.
The defendant shall comply with General Order No. 01-05.
