There being a finding/verdict of GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of:

31 USC 5332(a): BULK CASH SMUGGLING (Count One of the Indictment);

18 USC 1001: FALSE STATEMENTS TO A GOVERNMENT AGENCY (Count Two);

42 USC 408(a)(7)(A): MISUSE OF A SOCIAL SECURITY (Count Three);

42 USC 408(a)(7)(A): MISUSE OF A SOCIAL SECURITY (Count Five);

31 USC 5324(a)(3): STRUCTURING TRANSACTIONS TO EVADE REPORTING REQUIREMENT (Count Seven);

The Court asked whether there was any reason why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that: Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of: 15 months on Counts 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 12 of the Indictment. This term consists of 15 months on each of Counts 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 12, all such terms to be served concurrently. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of three years. This term consists of three years on each of Counts 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 12, all such terms to run concurrently under the following terms and conditions:

The defendant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U. S. Probation Office and General Order

During the period of community supervision the defendant shall pay the special assessment and fine in accordance with this judgment's orders pertaining to such payment;

The defendant shall comply with the immigration rules and regulations of the United States, and if deported or removed from this country, either voluntarily or involuntarily, not re-enter the United States illegally. The defendant is not required to report to the Probation Office while residing outside of the United States; however, within 72 hours of release from any custody or any re-entry to the United States during the period of Court-ordered supervision, the defendant shall report for instructions to the United States Probation Office, located at the United States Court House, 312 North Spring Street, Room 600, Los Angeles, California 90012;

The defendant shall not obtain or possess any driver's license, Social Security number, birth certificate, passport or any other form of identification in any name, other than the defendant's true legal name; nor shall the defendant use, for any purpose or in any manner, any name other than his true legal name or names without the prior written approval The defendant shall provide the Probation Officer with access to any and all business records, client lists and other records pertaining to the operation of any business owned, in whole or in part, by the defendant, as directed by As directed by the Probation Officer, the defendant shall provide to the Probation Officer: (1) a signed release authorizing credit report inquiries; (2) federal and state income tax returns and a signed release authorizing their disclosure and (3) an accurate financial statement, with supporting documentation as to all business interests, assets, income, expenses, and liabilities of the defendant;

The defendant shall maintain one personal checking account. All of defendant's income, "monetary gains," or other pecuniary proceeds shall be deposited into this account, which shall be used for payment of all personal expenses. Records of all other bank accounts, including any business accounts, shall be disclosed to the Probation Officer upon The defendant shall truthfully and timely file an amended 1997 federal tax return and pay any taxes owed; and shall truthfully and timely file and pay taxes during the period of community supervision. Further, the defendant shall show proof to the Probation Officer of compliance with this order; and

The defendant shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample from the defendant.
