ORDER DISREGARDING MOTIONS FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL TO CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS (Docs. 24, 25.)

Kenneth Alan Sierra ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On June 11, 2010, Plaintiff filed motions for the California Attorney General to conduct investigations pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1997. (Docs. 24, 25.) Such request for investigations is more properly brought before the Attorney General. Therefore, Plaintiff's motions, filed on June 11, 2010, are DISREGARDED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
