AMENDED
STIPULATION TO MODIFY CONDITIONS
OF PRETRIAL RELEASE AND ORDER
Troy Nelson, by and through his attorney, Caro Marks, the United States of America, by and through its counsel, Samuel Wong, and Pretrial Services Officer Steven Sheehan, hereby jointly agree and stipulate to amend the defendant's conditions of release as follows:
The defendant's conditions of release shall be amended to add the following:
1. Your travel is restricted to the Eastern District of California without the prior consent of the pretrial services officer;
2. Shall reside at a residence approved by pretrial services, and shall not move without prior approval of Pretrial Services; and
3. The defendant is released to the custody of Emma Greer, who will be third party custodian.
Accordingly, all parties and Mr. Nelson agree with the above modification.
