IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Assistant United StatesAttorney Michele Beckwith, counsel for Plaintiff, and Assistant FederalDefender Jeffrey Staniels, counsel for defendant PRECILIANO QUINTANA-SOLORIO, that the status conference scheduled for February 18, 2011, bevacated and the matter be continued until March 18, 2011, for furtherstatus conference at the request of the defense.
A pre-plea presentence report has been prepared, and a plea offerhas been presented; however, further consultation with Mr. Quintana isneeded with regard to the results of investigation into an issue relatedto criminal history calculations potentially affecting the guideline computations and the plea offer.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that time for trial under the Speedy TrialAct be excluded between February 18, 2011, and March 18, 2011, pursuantto 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A) & (B)(iv). Local Code T-4.
