ORDER RE DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE [27]

On February 9, 2011, the parties to this action, having reached a full settlement of the claims asserted in this proceeding, by and through their counsel, filed a fully executed stipulation that the above-captioned action be dismissed with prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1). The parties further stipulated and agreed that each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred herein.

Good cause appearing from the stipulation between the parties, it is ordered that the above-captioned action is hereby dismissed with prejudice. Each party shall bear their own costs and expenses.
