On February 15, 2011, Plaintiff Studio Transportation Drivers, Teamsters Local #399's Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award against Defendant Run For Her Life, LLC was scheduled to come before this Court for regular calendar . Having taken this matter under submission on February 8, 2011, and having reviewed all papers submitted pertaining to this motion, the Court NOW FINDS AND RULES AS FOLLOWS:

The Court finds that the Arbitration Award issued by Arbitrator Frederic Horowitz on January 7, 2011 is eligible for confirmation under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 9. Plaintiff demonstrated that this Court has independent grounds for subject matter jurisdiction over this case and Plaintiff has furthermore fulfilled all other procedural requirements set forth by the FAA, including venue, notice and timely filing requirements.
