IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Michael D. Sandoval, National Railroad Passenger Corporation, by B. Clyde Hutchinson, Esq., and The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company, by Paul A. Auchard, Esq. and B. Clyde Hutchinson, Esq., that the above action, including all counterclaims, cross-claims, cross-complaints, and third party complaints, be and hereby is dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice, pursuant to Rules 41(a)(1) and (2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys fees.
