Having reviewed the Joint Stipulation between Plaintiff Raymond Gary Schreiber ("Plaintiff") and Defendants Turner Network Television, Turner Entertainment Networks, Inc. and Icon Productions LLC ("Defendants"), whereby the parties by and through their counsel, requested that the above-captioned action be dismissed, without prejudice, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
