STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER TO VACATE TRIAL CONFIRMATION AND JURY TRIAL AND SET A CHANGE OF PLEA HEARING

Date: May 2, 2011 Time: 9:00 a.m.

It is hereby stipulated and agreed to between the United States of America through Rachana Shah, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and defendant, KATHLEEN EDGECOMBE, by and through her counsel, Linda C. Harter, Chief Assistant Federal Defender, that the trial confirmation hearing on April 6, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. and the jury trial on April 25, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. be vacated and a change of plea hearing be set on May 2, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.

The parties stipulate that for the purpose of computing time under the Speedy Trial Act, the Court should exclude time from the date of this order until May 2, 2011, under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(B)(iv) [Local Code T4].
