STIPULATED MOTION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Pursuant to a settlement agreement, the plaintiff/counterclaim defendant ADVANCED ANALOGIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC., and defendant/counterclaim plaintiff 24 LINEAR TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, hereby move for an order dismissing this action 25 with regard to all claims and counterclaims in their entirety WITH prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs expenses and attorney's fees, and with this court to retain jurisdiction to 2 enforce said settlement agreement.
