STIPULATION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING; ORDER

Date: May 16, 2011 Time: 9:00 a.m.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto, and through their respective attorneys of record herein, that the sentencing hearing now set for April 11, 2011, may be continued to May 16, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.

The reason for the continuance is to allow for additional case preparation, sentencing negotiations, and time for the government to respond to defendant's sentencing objections.
