X GUILTY, and the court being satisfied that there is a factual basis for the plea.

NOLO CONTENDERE NOT GUILTY

There being a finding/verdict of GUILTY, defendant has been convicted as charged of the offense(s) of: Possession of Child Pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B) as charged in the Single-Count Indictment The Court asked whether there was any reason why judgment should not be pronounced. Because no sufficient cause to the contrary was shown, or appeared to the Court, the Court adjudged the defendant guilty as charged and convicted and ordered that:

It is ordered that the defendant shall pay to the United States a special assessment of $100, which is due immediately.

Pursuant to Guideline Section 5E1.2(a), all fines are waived as the Court finds that the defendant has established that he is unable to pay and is not likely to become able to pay any fine.

Pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, it is the judgment of the Court that the defendant, William Gerald Wilson, is hereby committed on the Single-Count Indictment to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned

Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be placed on supervised release for a term of life under the following terms and conditions:

The defendant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the U. S. Probation Office and General Order 05-02;

During the period of community supervision the defendant shall pay the special assessment in accordance with this judgment's orders pertaining to such payment;

The defendant shall comply with the immigration rules and regulations of the United States, and if deported or removed from this country, either voluntarily or involuntarily, not re-enter the United States illegally. The defendant is not required to report to the Probation Office while residing outside of the United States; however, within 72 hours of release from any custody or any re-entry to the United States during the period of Court-ordered supervision, the defendant shall report for instructions to the United States Probation Office, located at the United States Court House, 411 West Fourth Street, Suite 4170, Santa Ana, California 92701-4516;

The defendant shall cooperate in the collection of a DNA sample from the defendant;

The defendant shall register as a sex offender, and keep the registration current, in each jurisdiction where he resides, where he is an employee, and where he is a student, to the extent the registration procedures have been established in each jurisdiction. When registering for the first time, the defendant shall also register in the jurisdiction in which the conviction occurred if different from his jurisdiction of residence. The defendant shall provide proof of registration to the Probation Officer within three days of release from imprisonment;

The defendant shall participate in an outpatient psychological counseling and/or psychiatric treatment and/or sex offender treatment program as approved and directed by the Probation Officer. The defendant shall abide by all rules, requirements, and conditions of such program, including submission to risk assessment evaluations and physiological testing, such as polygraph and Abel testing. The Probation Officer shall disclose the presentence report and/or any previous mental health evaluations or reports to the treatment provider;

As directed by the Probation Officer, the defendant shall pay all or part of the costs of treating the defendant's psychological/psychiatric disorder(s) to the aftercare contractor during the period of community supervision, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3672. The defendant shall provide payment and proof of payment, as directed by the Probation Officer;

The defendant shall not possess any materials, including pictures, photographs, books, writings, drawings, videos, or video games, depicting and/or describing "sexually explicit conduct," as defined at 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2). The condition prohibiting defendant from possessing materials describing "sexually explicit conduct" does not apply to materials necessary to and used for legal proceedings in this or another criminal prosecution against defendant, including a collateral attack or appeal, or to materials prepared or used for the purposes of defendant's court-mandated sex offender treatment;

The defendant shall not possess any materials, including pictures, photographs, books, writings, drawings, videos, or video games, depicting and/or describing child pornography, as defined at

18 U.S.C. § 2256(8). The condition prohibiting defendant from possessing materials describing child pornography does not apply to materials necessary to and used for legal proceedings in this or another criminal prosecution against defendant, including a collateral attack or appeal, or to materials prepared or used for the purposes of defendant's court-mandated sex offender treatment;

The defendant shall not own, use or have access to the services of any commercial mail-receiving agency, nor shall he open or maintain a post office box, without prior approval of the Probation Officer;

The defendant shall not frequent, or loiter, within 100 feet of school yards, parks, public swimming pools, playgrounds, youth centers, video arcade facilities, or other places primarily used by persons under the age of 18;

The defendant shall not associate or have verbal, written, telephonic, or electronic communication with any person under the age of 18, except: a) in the presence of the parent or legal guardian of said minor; and b) on the condition that the defendant notify said parent or legal guardian of his conviction in the instant offense/prior offense. This provision does not encompass persons under the age of 18, such as waiters, cashiers, ticket vendors, etc., with whom the defendant must deal with in order to obtain ordinary and usual commercial services;

The defendant shall not affiliate with, own, control, and/or be employed in any capacity by a business whose principal product is the production and/or selling of materials depicting and/or describing "sexually ...
