STIPULATION TO CONTINUE STATUS
Date: June 24, 2011
Time: 1:30 p.m.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their respective counsel, Assistant United States Attorney Mark McKeon, Counsel for Plaintiff, and Assistant Federal Defender Peggy Sasso, Counsel for Defendant Tina Marie Gonzales, that the hearing currently set for April 15, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., may be rescheduled to June 24, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.
