Assistant Federal Defender, that the status conference in the above captioned case be continued from June 3, 2011, to June 10, 2011 for Judgment and Sentencing. This continuance is sought due to the unavailability of defense counsel on June 3, 2011 for medical reasons.
This request for a continuance of sentencing does not implicate provisions of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161, et. seq.
