STIPULATION TO CONTINUE STATUS CONFERENCE; ORDER IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto, and through their respective attorneys of record herein, that the status conference now set for June 20, 2011, may be continued to July 18, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
The reason for the continuance is to allow for further case preparation, investigation, and plea negotiations, and specifically to allow time for plea offers to be made and reviewed by the parties. The parties stipulate and agree that the interests of justice served by granting this continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial and that the delay from the continuance shall be excluded from the calculation of time under the Speedy Trial Act pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161(h)(7)(A) and (B)(iv).
