STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
Pursuant to the terms of a written compromise settlement and release of federal tort claims act claims under 28 U.S.C. § 2677, and pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rule 16-160 of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the parties hereby stipulate that the above-captioned action by Plaintiff Caleb A. Mills, a minor, by and through his Guardian ad Litem, Jacob C. Mills against Defendant the United States of America shall be dismissed with prejudice, and that each party shall bear their own costs and fees.
IT IS SO STIPULATED.
